Scholarship Application Process

The NJ PA Foundation and NJSSPA are pleased to announce the availability of a $1000 scholarship to a student enrolled in a New Jersey physician assistant program.

Any student enrolled in good standing in a physician assistant program is welcome to apply. The scholarship will be awarded to the candidate who best exemplifies a strong commitment to service.

Upon receipt of a completed application, identifying information will be removed and the application will be judged by a panel of physician assistants. The winner will be presented with a check for $1000 during National Physician Assistant Week (October 6-12.)

The application deadline is SEPTEMBER 15. To be considered, your fully completed application and all supporting documents must be received by then.

The easiest way to submit an electronic copy is to type your answers into a word document and then paste them into the online form. Please keep a copy of your responses in case of technical problems.

The mailing address can be found on the application. Please be sure to keep a copy of your application, and be sure to mail early enough that your application will be received by September 15.
