What Can NJSSPA Do For Me?

Your state society is hard at work promoting increased awareness of our profession and suggesting changes that will improve both our practice conditions and the health of our patients. We are your voice in New Jersey, and we look forward not only to your membership, but your participation in our efforts. Help us help you!

Fellow Membership                                    $90.00 per year
Requirements: NCCPA Certified, AAPA Member.
Entitlements: Full voting privileges, may hold any elected or appointed office.

PA Student Membership                       $30.00 
Requirements: Current enrollment in an approved Physician Assistant Program.
Entitlements: One student member from each PA program will be elected to the NJSSPA Board of Directors, and will have full voting privileges, but will not vote on issues concerning the AAPA. A one-time payment of $30 covers student dues for as long as they are enrolled in a PA program.

Student Affiliate Membership               $20.00 per year
Requirements: Students who are not yet enrolled in an approved Physician Assistant Program.
Entitlements: Student Affiliates have no voting privileges and are not elected or appointed to office.

Affiliate Membership                         $45.00 per year
Requirements: NCCPA Certified or Board Eligible PA who is not a member of the AAPA,
who is a Fellow Member of another State AAPA affiliate organization, or who is a physician
licensed to practice medicine in the U.S.
Entitlements: Not entitled to vote or hold office.

Physician PArtnership                            $35.00 per year
Requirements: A supervising physician of a licensed and practicing physician assistant in New Jersey supportive of fostering PAs as vital members of the healthcare team. A payment of $35 enrolls up to three physicians.

Corporate Sponsorship                          Begins at $250.00 per year
Requirements: An organization that supports NJSSPA's mission of ensuring access to top-quality health care to the citizens of New Jersey.

Note: No member will be turned away because of an inability to pay. If annual dues pose a severe financial hardship for you, please contact the board at the address below and we will attempt to make suitable arrangements
